Rob Jenner
CEO
Rob Jenner is the CEO of Centerscape. Rob co-established Centerscape in his former role as the European Portfolio Manager of Evergreen Real Estate Partners Europe s.a r.l. the principal investing affiliate of M3 Capital Partners (UK) LLP, where Rob was a Partner.
Prior to Evergreen, Rob was a Vice President in the investment banking group of M3 Capital Partners where he had responsibility for structuring and raising a variety of funds and joint ventures for real estate operating companies and institutional investors.
Previously, Rob was an Associate in the investment banking division of Morgan Stanley where his experience included various acquisitions for the Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds (“MSREF”), M&A and other advisory assignments for leading real estate companies with a particular focus on Germany and the UK.
Rob graduated with a BA (Hons) and MA in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge.

Michael Baumgart
Senior Acquisition Manager
Michael Baumgart is responsible for sourcing real estate acquisitions in North Germany, the Rhine-Ruhr and Rhine-Main area and Berlin. He joined in 2008 and is based in Hannover.
Michael is trained in banking and real estate.

Wolfgang Harmuth
Acquisitions
Wolfgang Harmuth is responsible for sourcing real estate acquisitions and project developments in the south of Germany. Wolfgang has worked for Centerscape from 2010 and is based in Ulm.
Wolfgang holds a degree in business administration (Dipl.-Betriebsw.) in Construction and is a trained bank clerk.
Nicole Menzel
Senior Acquisition Manager
Nicole Menzel is responsible for underwriting, due diligence, financing and closing of real estate investments. She also works on the debt financing of Centerscape’s portfolio. She joined in 2007 and is based in Hannover.

Lucia Ruether
Senior Investment Manager
Lucia Ruether is responsible for Portfolio Investments and Corporate Development. Previously at M3 Capital Partners in London, she has been involved with Centerscape’s investments since 2007. She is based in Frankfurt.
Lucia holds a degree in engineering (Dipl.-Ing.) in Construction Management from the University of Applied Sciences in Karlsruhe and a M.Sc. in Real Estate Investment from Cass Business School in London.

Holger Lahm works on Portfolio Investment and Corporate Development. He joined in 2011 and is based in Frankfurt.
Holger holds a degree in business administration (Dipl.-Betriebsw.) in Real Estate from the University of Applied Sciences in Nürtingen-Geilsingen. He also became a professional member (MRICS) of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors in 2011.

Steffen Mittag
Investment Manager
Steffen Mittag works on forward fundings across Germany and acquisitions of stabilized properties and turnkey projects in Southern Germany. He supports Thomas von Einem in the coordination with development partners, retailers, local authorities and banks. He joined Centerscape in October 2011 and is based in Nuremberg.

Frank Sippold is responsible for the asset management of properties located in the west and south-west of Germany. He joined in 2009 and is based in Hannover.
Prior to that, he worked as a real estate manager at the Bielefelder Wohnungsgesellschaft (residential real estate) and studied parallel to his work. Frank completed his degree in real estate (Dipl.-Immobilienw.) from the German Academy in Freiburg.
