He has overall responsibility for the performance of the Centerscape Portfolio in Poland and the Czech Republic leading the team and external consultants in providing effective asset & property management.
Kevin Craighead is a UK trained & qualified member of RICS with more than 26 years experience. He is no stranger to Central European markets having spent 15 years in region delivering property & asset management solutions for primarily German Institutional Investment Funds. Relevant experience includes also management design consultancy & asset restructuring, asset repositioning, pre purchase due diligence and management set up, on a diverse property portfolio including shopping malls, modern office investment & logistic projects.
He has graduated from University with a Bachelor of Science.
