CENTERSCAPE acquires 6 properties and expands portfolio to 171 properties

In May 2018, the Centerscape Group was able to expand its existing portfolio by a further six real estate properties, which are leased to well-known grocery retailers in accordance with the corporate strategy.
The locations acquired in a package deal in Munich, Wedemark, Ergoldsbach and Wuppertal (2x) together have a plot area of more than 25,000 m² and a total of nearly 8,500 m² of rental space. The properties leased to EDEKA, REWE and NETTO are all located in well-integrated urban areas.
The sixth property is a market leased to Biedronka in Swidnica, Poland, with a leasable area of more than 1,000 m² and a lease term of 15 years. This is the 25th Biedronka market in the portfolio of Centerscape.
In total, Centerscape has already acquired 12 commercial properties since the beginning of 2018. Four of them as part ownership.
Since its foundation in 2007, the Centerscape Group has selectively built up a strong real estate portfolio with a total of 171 properties - 22 of them in and around Berlin. The total investment volume is over € 715 million. With a dynamic and performance-oriented team of 66 "in-house" experts, Centerscape continues to focus on growing the business by acquiring high quality retail properties in Germany, Poland and the Czech Republic.
