CENTERSCAPE attended the Poland Business Run 2026

We’re proud to share that 20 colleagues from CENTERSCAPE Group took part in this year’s Poland Business Run, held from 31 August to 6 September 2026.


By joining this charity initiative, our team helped support people with mobility disabilities, as well as people after amputations and mastectomies. Whether running locally or virtually, we were united by one shared goal: using teamwork and sport to make a meaningful difference.


Powered by purpose, we ran together to support others — showing that every kilometre can contribute to positive change.


Thank you to everyone who represented CENTERSCAPE with such commitment, energy and team spirit.

CENTERSCAPE at the Shopping Center Forum 2025

On September 24-25,2025 part of the Centerscape Team visited the Shopping Center Forum. 
SCF is the largest meeting of decision-makers in the CEE shopping centre market. It was a great opportunity to talk to as many as 400 representatives of retail chains and other tenants of shopping centres and retail parks.

Our Team had the chance to engage in meaningful discussions, attend insightful sessions, and connect with professionals across the CEE shopping centre market.

CENTERSCAPE Summer Summit 2025

On the 5th of June, our team from all four locations came together in Hanover to celebrate the 18th anniversary of CENTERSCAPE. 

We also welcomed our new team members, bid farewell to a long-standing and highly valued colleague who was retiring and strengthened our team spirit in a playful competition before rounding off the evening with a BBQ together.

CENTERSCAPE hosts first Networking Event in Warsaw, Poland

On May 22nd, 2025, the CENTERSCAPE Team Warsaw had the pleasure of hosting its  first networking event in-house . 

The insightful conversations were perfectly complemented by the beautiful music played by Agnieszka Kledzik Quartet, creating a truly memorable atmosphere.

CENTERSCAPE attended the SCF Spring 2025 edition

On April 8-9th 2025, a part of the CenterScape Team visited the Shopping Center Forum. 
 
SCF is the largest meeting of decision-makers in the CEE shopping centre market. It was a great opportunity to talk to as many as 400 representatives of retail chains and other tenants of shopping centres and retail parks.

CENTERSCAPE Fitness Initiatives 2023

The health and fitness of our team members is close to our hearts! That's why we took part in the B2Run runs in Hanover, Nuremberg and Berlin as well as the company run in Warsaw in 2023.

Not only does this often provide an opportunity to strengthen the team spirit during joint training, but it is also a good way to motivate and spur each other on. Afterwards, there was a very well-deserved evening out together.

CENTERSCAPE promoting health and fitness at the "S-25 Berlin"

We are pleased to announce that our Crew member Haydar Sengezer, Investment Manager has completed his first halfmarathon at the oldest city running competition in Germany on Sunday, 14.05.2023

Supported by CENTERSCAPE, he reached the finishing line in the Olympiastadion Berlin after 21.1 km within 01:59:35.

Congratulations for this great result from the whole team!

CENTERSCAPE on 2nd rank at 1st Eurobuild CEE Winter Tennis Tournament in Warsaw

Anton Bashtavy and Jan Wójcik represented CENTERSCAPE at the first Eurobuild CEE Winter Tennis Tournament in Warsaw on Friday, 03.03.2023.

This sportive Networking event was a great opportunity to meet and compete with business professionals from the polish retail sector and to promote the fitness of the CS members.

Out for the total 22 doubles, Anton made it with his assigned tennis partner, Servando Sierra (Management Board Member at Cellnex Poland) to the second rank on the winner’s podium.

CENTERSCAPE won the 1st place in the B2Mission 2022

Our CENTERSCAPE team once again took first place in the one month-long B2Mission. This time we competed in the <50 point collector category and were able to collect the most points by walking, cycling and running as well as completing challenges. Together we managed to motivate all participants to be more fit in everyday life despite the autumn weather and to bring the prize sponsored by foodspring to our offices. Many thanks to all who supported and motivated us.

CENTERSCAPE at the B2Run in Berlin, Hanover and in Warsaw

After a break of two years, we took part in the B2Run runs in Hanover and Berlin again this year. Our team in Warsaw took part "virtually" this time and completed the run on a freely chosen route while using an app that connected it with the team in Germany. Afterwards, we enjoyed an evening together in a relaxed atmosphere in each of the three cities.

After a break of two years, it was a pleasure for us to get together with our guests at our HQ in the framework of the "Classic Open Air" concert taking place at the Gendarmenmarkt and to let the evening come to an end with good conversations, music and fireworks. Many thanks again to all who were there and thus contributed to this beautiful evening.

On Friday 27 May 2022, our team member, Anton Bashtavy competed again at the Eurobuild CEE Tennis Tournament and secured first place in both the "Men's Singles" and "Men's Doubles" categories! We are happy about so much sportsmanship.

CENTERSCAPE at the S25 Berlin Run 2022

At this year's "S25 Berlin" - the oldest city run in Germany, two team members represented CENTERSCAPE in the categories half marathon and 10 km on Sunday, May 15, in beautiful weather.

In total, about 7,000 participants started with the goal to run into the Olympic Stadium.

CENTERSCAPE completes virtual fitness challenge and contributes to growth of 140 trees

From September until December 2021, 28 members of the CENTERSCAPE team have collected together 16,243 km by taking part in the virtual fitness challenge “The Conqueror 2021”. 

With each completed 20% of the challenge, the CENTERSCAPE team helped a tree get planted. To make this happen, The Conqueror Organizers partner with Eden Projects — a Non-Profit Organization that has planted over 400 million trees through its reforestation projects.

Moreover for every completed 20% of the challenge, we helped stop 10 plastic bottles entering the ocean due to The Conqueror collaboration with Plastic Bank. For CENTERSCAPE that would be 1,400 bottles. 

We are already looking forward to the next team event.

CENTERSCAPE at the S-25 run in Berlin 

On Sunday, 10.10.2021, the big S-25 anniversary took place in Berlin, where Germany's oldest city run celebrated its 40th birthday with almost 8,000 participants. CENTERSCAPE was also present at this special event. Lena Sommer from our Investment Team took first place among all participating women in the category "Half Marathon" with a time of only 1:22:16. We would like to take this opportunity to congratulate her once again.

CENTERSCAPE - 2nd place in B2Mission 2021

This year the Centerscape team was on the road again to collect points for the B2Mission. In the period from 07.06. to 04.07. we covered more than 11,300 km together and were able to secure second place in the category "<100 employees". We are already looking forward to the next fitness challenge.

CENTERSCAPE wins 1st place in the B2Mission category SME

The CENTERSCAPE team took part in the first B2Mission Team competition and won 1st place in the category SME National! But also independent of company size, our team performed a great achievement with the 9th place out of 133 nation wide participants. We are already looking forward to the next round.

CENTERSCAPE at the B2Run 2019 in Warsaw

For the first time, our team joined in the Business Relay Race in Warsaw and was able to position itself in 256th place out of a total of 796 due to the good runtime despite the rainy weather. We congratulate our participants for this achievement and look forward to upcoming joint events.

Traditionally, CENTERSCAPE was also part of the fully booked up B2Run 2019 around the Maschsee in Hanover. After successfully completing our run, our team had a well-deserved, pleasant end to the evening and is already looking forward to the upcoming sporting challenges.

CENTERSCAPE at the B2Run 2019 in Berlin, Germany

In 2019 the CENTERSCAPE team did participate at the B2Run in Berlin. This year, 10 of us went to the start and successfully entered the Olympic Stadium. Personal new time records have been achieved and our two fastest runners crossed the finish line together for the first time in exactly the same time!

In occasion of the "Classic Open Air 2019" concert under the motto "Berlin, Berlin", CENTERSCAPE invited for the fourth time in a row to ae exclusive networking evening at its HQ at the Gendarmenmarkt in heart of Berlin. At the finger food buffet, music and fireworks: existing business relations could be maintained and new projects could be initiated. CENTERSCAPE at the 14th CEE Eurobuild Tennis Tournament in Warsaw

CENTERSCAPE was in 2019 again represented by Anton Bashtavy, Fund Manager at the CEE Eurobuild Tennis Tournament in Warsaw. He competed in the men's singles and double categories (with Mr. Bojar from BP Consulting Group) and came in 3rd place in both. We are already looking forward to the participation next year.

CENTERSCAPE invited for Christmas Dinner at the Gendarmenmarkt

Centerscape again used the opening of the Christmas market on the Gendarmenmarkt in the heart of Berlin as an opportunity to invite business partners to the yearly networking event. After a short speech with champagne reception in the Centerscape Headquarters, the evening was rounded off at the 3-course dinner in the Kasermandl at the Christmas market. We would like to thank all our guests once again for their participation and wish them a nice pre-Christmas time.

CENTERSCAPE participates in the Lower Saxony indoor Company-Soccer Cup in Hanover

The CS Sport Stars represented Centerscape at the Lower Saxony Company-Soccer-Cup in Hanover and gave everything at the indoor tournament.
Even if it was not enough for the podium, our team had a lot of fun and is already looking forward to conquer the next upcoming coming challenges together.

CENTERSCAPE in Thedinghausen: Lena Sommer breaks timerekord

On Sunday, 14.10.2018 our working students Lena Sommer and Marie Sommer attended another running competition. They took part in the Thänhuser Schloss Erbhof run and Lena again reached the podium. Initially, both represented Centerscape at the 5km run and afterwards Lena broke the course record on the 10km route. Congratulations!

CENTERSCAPE at the Eilenriede-Fünfer Run

Our working students Lena Sommer and Marie Sommer took part in the Eilenriede-Fünfer on Friday, 28.09.2018. Both were able to achieve a personal best time each for themselves and Lena was also able to improve the old track stretch by 50 seconds. She came in first place at the award ceremony. Marie reached the finish as the 7th female in a total of 295 participants. Congratulations!

CENTERSCAPE on first place at the 17th Lehrter Evening Run

Again, Lena Sommer, working student at Centerscape, reached the finish line as the fastest female participant. This time in the 17th Lehrter Abend City run.
She competed for Centrescape for the first time and mastered in this running competiotion and completed the 10 km with an average speed of 15.76 km / h. In the overall ranking, she finished 14th out of 322. Congratulations!

Lena Sommer, Working student, took part in the Eilenriederennen in Hannover  - representing Centerscape for the first time this in this competition.
She joined the 10 km long run, amongst over 430 participants and finished as fastest runner! Congratulations to the 1st place!

CENTERSCAPE attends the 10th B2Run in Berlin

Eight runners have been representing Centerscape on the 5.8 km long route around the Olympiastadium.
The fastest from our team was Nicolas Dörhöfer, Junior Analyst Asset Management who finished within 00:26:56 and came on position 980 out of ca. 14.200 attendees from 800 different companies.
In the category for the CEO-Performance (male), Graham Douglas came on rank 106 (00:31:51) out of 224 attendees. Congratulations!

CENTERSCAPE at the 13th Eurobuild CEE Tennis Tournament

Anton Bashtavy, Junior Fund Manager, represented the Centerscape Group at the 13th Eurobuild CEE Tennis Tournament and took first place in the Men's Singles. In the double with Piotr Bojar (CBRE) it was enough for second place. The tournament ended at 22:30, making it the longest in the history of the Eurobuild CEE tennis tournaments with the largest number of matches played. Bravo!

CENTERSCAPE at the B2Run in Hannover 2018

For the sixth time, our team took part in the B2Run around the Maschsee in Hanover. Despite the high temperatures, everyone kept going and made the best possible time for themselves and for the team.
