CENTERSCAPE acquires Netto Discount on Buckower Damm in Berlin, Germany
Investor CENTERSCAPE has acquired a commercial property built in 2011 on Buckower Damm in Berlin-Neukölln. The established Netto store is located in a densely populated residential area close to the ‘Buckower Feld’ new-build project and offers good accessibility thanks to direct access to the main road and a nearby bus stop.
There are 40 parking spaces available on the 3,700 m² plot. A day-care centre, a primary school and parcel stations in the vicinity increase the attractiveness of the location. The store offers a wide range of freshly baked goods and free Wi-Fi on a sales area of around 1,050 m².
CENTERSCAPE is also focused on the qualitative expansion of its portfolio in 2025.

CENTERSCAPE acquires Biedronka market in Dębe Wielkie, Poland
Investor CENTERSCAPE has acquired a standalone Biedronka market adjacent to the main route through Dębe Wielkie in the Masovian Voivodeship, ca. 35 km east of Warsaw. It is a dynamically developing municipality in the Mińsk County, located on the route connecting Warsaw with the eastern part of Poland. Dębe Wielkie is an attractive place to live for people working in Warsaw, thanks to its convenient road and rail connections.
The asset was built in 2021 and is located on a plot of around 4,000 sqm at a roundabout for easy access, offering 34 parking lots. The neighboring fuel station and local supply center with a variety of shopping options contribute to the attractivity of the asset where multiple chores can be done at once to the comfort of the customers.
CENTERSCAPE is looking forward to constantly grow the portfolio by the acquisition of high-quality grocery anchored retail assets in 2025.

CENTERSCAPE acquires retail park in Nowy Konik, Poland
CENTERSCAPE has acquired a retail park with Biedronka as anchor tenant on the main route through Nowy Konik in the Masovian Voivodeship, ca. 21 km east of Warsaw.
The local supply center, which has been newly constructed and opened in 2024, offers an attractive tenant mix with the discount supermarket Biedronka, a bakery, Action and Rossmann on a total rental area of over 2,500 sqm. The plot size exceeds 9,600 sqm.
The accessibility of the asset located by the main road contributes to the customer’s comfort, especially with view on many inhabitants of Nowy Konik commuting to Warsaw on this route. For those who arrive by car, 92 free parking spaces are available. Moreover, the location can be reached a bus 704, with the bus stop at 120m in front of the property.
With this acquisition, CENTERSCAPE has grown its portfolio in Poland to 67 properties and is looking forward to further expand and develop the quality of its existing portfolio in 2025.

CENTERSCAPE expands portfolio with acquisition of “Marzahner Promenade” in Berlin
CENTERSCAPE has acquired the “Marzahner Promenade” shopping center in Berlin.
The local shopping center, which opened in 2005, offers a variety of shopping opportunities on a total rental area of over 4,600 sqm. Customers benefit from 128 free parking spaces and a diverse tenant mix, including Netto, Pfennigpfeifer, a pharmacy, the Medkraft training center and various medical and therapy practices.
The excellent accessibility, including a train stop within walking distance and regular weekly markets, as well as the location in a densely populated residential area with over 8,500 inhabitants within a 500-meter radius, underline the attractiveness of the location.
Dria GmbH, based in Mönchengladbach, brokered the deal. The buyer received legal advice from Heussen Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH and technical advice from htm.a Hartmann Architektur GmbH in Hanover.
With this acquisition, CENTERSCAPE has expanded its portfolio to more than 255 properties and an investment volume of well over 1.5 billion euros.
CENTERSCAPE also plans to further expand and develop the quality of its existing portfolio in 2025.

CENTERSCAPE acquires five high-quality properties for constant portfolio growth
Since October 2023, CENTERSCAPE has successfully closed five responsibly selected investment deals. The anchor tenants are well known and established food-store operators in Germany and Poland.
Three of the properties are located in Poland of which two are let long-term to nationwide supermarket leader Biedronka and one to Lidl.
The two acquisitions secured in Germany are anchored by Netto & Lidl.
All of the properties in question are located in prospering regions and in integrated, high-growth locations with high population density and optimal infrastructure.

We are very pleased about the "Gold Standard" certification of our REWE and dm store in Berlin by the DGNB and the associated KfW funding. The REWE store that previously stood on the site has been replaced by the now rewarded modern and more customer-friendly new building with an appealing wooden look in 2023.

Centerscape acquired a property in Mścice
The Asset is offering ca. 1 569 square meters of leasable area. Customers can also benefit from 66 parking spaces.
Mścice is located by a very busy road leading directly from Koszalin (105k inhabitants) to the seaside resorts Mielno and Unieście. In addition to the already huge catchment on the daily basis, the period from June to August is extremely profitable for the store due to the increased tourist traffic.
