Centerscape expand their Polish portfolio with acquisition of two key assets
The Centerscape Group has purchased two retail properties in Poland, located in Warsaw and Wrocław from a private seller and a residential developer. The properties total 1,557m² of rental area, both are fully leased and densely integrated into the local community. RE Support brokered both transactions.

This transaction brings the number of properties held by Centerscape to 150 and further acquisitions are expected in the immediate future.
