Centerscape acquired food anchored Retail Park in Coswig (Saxony)

The Centerscape Group has purchased a Norma anchored Retail Park on the Moritzburgerstraße in Coswig, Germany. The purchased Retail Park was built in 2011 and comprises a retail space of 6,482 m² which is occupied by Norma plus 7 side tenants from the service sector. The Retail Park is integrated into a residential environment with good infrastructural accessibility.
