Centerscape expands its portfolio with an inner-city real estate property in Beckingen
The Centerscape Group has acquired its 93rd retail property in Germany. Seller of the Beckingen (Saarland) located property was a private operator.
Built in 2005 and refurbished in 2015, this two-storey building is located in a central site on the marketplace in Beckingen. The total lettable area of 2,379 sqm is completely occupied by REWE as main tenant and three side tenants from the service sector.
The food market acts as a full-service provider for the city center as well as an extensive catchment area and contributes to the positive development of the Centerscape Group.
Centerscape aims to generate sustained growth through the acquisition of high-quality, centrally located real estate retail properties in Germany, Poland and the Czech Republic.
