CENTERSCAPE is further expanding its presence in Mahlow near Berlin
The Centrescape Group has acquired a second retail property in the Berlin district Mahlow. It is the 92th property in Germany and the 11th in the Berlin area. The Seller was a Dutch fund.
The DAHLKE Immobilien AG accompanied Centerscape throughout the transaction process and arranged an elongation of the lease with the anchor tenant of the center before the selling process.
This sustainable investment is an ALDI market with seven side tenants on a ca. 16,000 m² plot and a total lettable area of over 5,000 m². The property is 100% leased and secures together with the adjacent Hypermarket the basic supply of the municipality, generating a long term cash flow.
Centerscape acquires high-quality retail properties in Germany, Poland and the Czech Republic with an increased focus on Berlin and is aiming for further growth.
