Centerscape extends its portfolio with a retail property in Kamen, Germany
The Centrescape Group has acquired a retail market in the economically strong city Kamen in North Rhine-Westphalia from a private seller. Kreative Immobilien acted as broker.
The downtown property with a total lettable area of approximately 2,000 sqm was extensively renovated in 2013. The “anchor tenant” Netto Discount is complemented by a hair salon and seven apartment units on the upper floor.
With this investment and other projects in the pipeline Centerscape is confident of being able to expand its portfolio rapidly in 2016. Purchases will be sought in Germany, Poland and the Czech Republic.
