The Centerscape Group has acquired its 89th asset in Germany, situated on Grossbeerenstraße in Berlin’s Tempelhof district. Broker was Krossa & Co.
The asset was built in 1993, with a total plot of 8,900m² has 120 parking spaces. The total rentable area is occupied by the supermarket Kaiser’s.
The trade area is integrated into an attractive residential and commercial environment with excellent infrastructural accessibility, which generally corresponds to the investment strategy of Centerscape.
