CENTERSCAPE acquires Netto Lebensmittelmarkt in Hannover, Lower Saxony

CENTERSCAPE has acquired the long-term rented property of the EDEKA subsidiary Netto with a total rental space of more than 1,250 m² in the district of Seelhorst in Hanover from the construction and housing company Gundlach GmbH & Co. KG. Built in 2017 in a modern design, the food market is located on the main street and well integrated into the living environment. With its 51 parking spaces and the nearby bus stop, the market is easily accessible to both motorists and pedestrians.

Since its founding in 2007, the CENTERSCAPE Group has selectively built up a strong real estate portfolio with more than 190 properties - more than 30 of them in Berlin and the surrounding area. The total investment volume is € 820 million.
