CENTERSCAPE acquires grocery and organic market at Prenzlauer Berg in Berlin
CENTERSCAPE has acquired part of the commercial property completed by Deligos Immobiliengesellschaft mbH & Co. KG in the summer of 2019. Both parties have agreed to maintain confidentiality regarding the purchase price.
Long-term anchor tenants of the approximately 2,500 m² large condominium unit are EDEKA and an organic market. The property is integrated into a living environment with more than 44,000 inhabitants within a radius of 1 km and is located directly on a highly frequented street on Teutoburger Platz. Across the acquired part ownership are numerous new condominiums, could be created by the additional living space in densely populated Prenzlauer Berg.
