Rosengarten-Nenndorf. Handover to EDEKA after area expansion and modernization
This project was a major challenge for all involved, since the entire building was renovated and significantly enlarged by the extension into the former Aldi area. During the renovation, the market was completely closed for six weeks to speed up the construction phase or rather keep it short. Apart from the newly designed seating in the entrance area, a serving bar with fresh fish and a sushi stand there are events such as cooking shows planned for the future. As a result, all those involved were extremely satisfied with the cooperation between tenants, craftsmen, architects and Centerscape.
