Investment: Portfolio with 4 assets in Poland
The Centerscape Group has acquired four retail properties in Poland located in smaller regional cities of Chorzów, Prudnik, Rawa Mazowiecka and Trzcianka. Cushman & Wakefield acted for the purchaser. The properties total 4,600 sq m of rental area, of which almost 90% is occupied by Biedronka, the biggest food discount chain in Poland. Other tenants include Pepco and local retailers.
