Centerscape acquired a neighborhood shopping center in Hadamar (Hesse) from a private investor. The investment volume is around € 5m. The center is anchored by full-range supermarket REWE and side tenants are textile store KiK, a pharmacy, a restaurant and some office space. The property was built in 2000 and has an average remaining lease term of 10 years.
Nearby there are also an Aldi market and a dm drugstore.
