Investment: neighbourhood shopping center in Nieder-Olm
Centerscape acquired a neighbourhood shopping center in Nieder-Olm near Mainz. The seller is a regional developer. The investment volume is around €10m. Anchor tenants of the center are the full-range supermarket Wasgau and the discounter Penny. The side tenants are drugstore dem and the textile stores Takko and AWG. The property was built in 2012 and has an average remaining lease term of 10 years.
Centerscape owns 71 properties with a total investment volume of over €290m.
