Centerscape acquires NETTO food market in Munich

The property in the middle of the populous district of Neuhausen-Nymphenburg has 840 m² of rental space.

In the first quarter of 2019, the investor Centerscape acquired an asset leased to NETTO in the Munich district of Neuhausen-Nymphenburg. The grocery store, which has been operating since 1996, was comprehensively modernized in 2016 and converted to the new NETTO City concept. The integrated location boasts a high population density with nearly 12,000 inhabitants in a circular strike of 500 m around the local supply location.
This is already the 33rd NETTO market in the portfolio of Centerscape and the 135th object in Germany.

The Centerscape Group has acquired a commercial property every 2.5 weeks since 2015 on average.
