Centerscape buys Berliner "Resi-Passage" from Becker & Kries

The local shopping center in the Reinickendorf district has 2,300 m² of rental space.
The Investor Centerscape has acquired the Berlin retail park "Resi-Passage" at the turn of the year. The seller of the property is the Becker & Kries Group. The parties agreed not to disclose the sale price. The fully leased retail park has more than 2,300 m² of rental space and 16 shops. The anchor tenants are EDEKA and McPaper. JLL advised the seller and brokered the transaction.

In total, Centerscape has purchased a commercial property every 2.5 weeks since January 2015.

Since its foundation in 2007, the Centerscape Group has selectively built up a strong real estate portfolio with more than 190 properties - 30 of them in and around Berlin. The total investment volume is € 820 million.
