Centerscape acquired a grocery-anchored property in Braunschweig. The property which is let to Netto was opened in December 2011. It is located in a newly built residential neighborhood which is well connected to public transport. The property has a total rental area of approx. 1,087 sqm and the weighted average remaining lease length is 15 years.
