Netto Market in Leverkusen Reopens After Renovation

The 10-week renovation phase has been successfully completed

As part of our collaboration with our tenant Netto, the discount store’s leased space in our property in Leverkusen was expanded by over 100 m², and the sales area underwent extensive renovation. The bottle return station was relocated to the former bakery, and a spacious bakery display shelf was added for customers. The store was completely modernized and equipped with energy-efficient LED lighting. In the parking lot, a transparent shopping cart enclosure ensures a pleasant shopping experience. We would like to thank everyone who contributed to the success of this construction project.
